Important information

This website enables customers to buy Great Food magazine by Paypal and credit and debit card for both UK and international orders. Each subscription currently comes with free annual membership to Great Food Club (see below).

You can buy either annual subscriptions or single copies.

At the start of your subscription

Subscriptions will start with the next available issue and run for 12 months (Great Food magazine is bi-monthly, so that equates to six issues). Magazines may take up to four weeks to arrive after the date of publication but we will make every effort to deliver them considerably faster than that (we will aim for 7 days). Dates of publication are as follows:

January/February issue: January 1

March/April issue: March 1

May/June issue: May 1

July/August issue: July 1

September/October issue: September 1

November/December issue: November 1

Purchase of single issues

If you have bought a single issue, it will be delivered as soon as possible. However, please allow up to four weeks for your magazine to arrive (although we will aim for 7 days). If you have ordered a magazine in advance of its date of publication, please allow up to four weeks after that date of publication for it to arrive. If you have purchased a back issue, please be aware that stock levels can run low. If we have run out of stock of a copy that you have ordered, you will be fully refunded.

Free Great Food Club membership

Each subscription currently comes with free annual membership to Great Food Club. Each Great Food Club membership runs for one year, starting 14 days after the date you purchase the subscription to Great Food magazine. The expiry date will be printed on your membership card. Please allow up to six weeks for your personalised Great Food Club card to arrive, although we will make every effort to deliver them considerably faster than that (we aim for 14 days). Due to high costs of delivery, free gifts are not available to subscribers living outside the UK.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

We do not provide refunds unless it is within the first 14 days cooling off period or due to exceptional circumstances.

Competition terms & conditions

Terms & conditions for competitions: Closing date for all competitions is stated in the magazine. The first entries drawn will win the prize/s. One entry per person. Anybody may take part except employees of Great Food magazine and their family members. The prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Great Food cannot take any responsibility for lost entries or any damage, losses or injuries related to the draw or prize. The winner/s will be notified via telephone or email. The editor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
